Remove all plugins from the master channel (i.e. Compression, Maximisers, Limiters etc…). If you have any processing on the master channel that is part of the ’sound‘, you can leave it on.

The stereo mastering service is for clients who are completely happy with their mix down and want to get the record ready for commercial release, to play in clubs or send to labels.

The stem mastering service is for clients who are happy with their mix and ready for mastering but want to get even more out their track. By delivering up to 6 stems we can get a better result then just a straight up master.

Please send us the individual tracks as stems in a zipped folder via WeTransfer or a Dropbox link.

Please export / bounce your final stereo mix as well. If there are any mastering plugins on the master output you can leave these on, as this will give us a reference point as to how the mix was sounding at your end.

We generally prefer to work with wet stems, (all processing and automations on your stems turned on), however we can work with dry stems as well or if you have concerns about your processing, you can additionally send us dry stems (please place them in a separate folder named Dry stems). This way we will have maximum flexibility as to what to choose for the final mix.
Don’t forget to include your AUX/SEND tracks.
